Seamless interface management with our invoice workflow solution within the DMS then ensures that invoice data are entered into a cloud-based incoming invoice ledger within seconds.
From this ledger, the data are transferred into an approval and authorisation workflow.
Finally, the records are archived digitally in a legally compliant and audit-proof manner, in accordance with the statutory retention periods for each document class.
